The FOOD & WINE Classic in Aspen Returns for its 41st Year
One of the nation’s most celebrated celebrations of culinary creativity returns to its home in Colorado’s Rocky Mountains this summer
From June 14 and 16, 2024, tastemakers from the world of food, drinks and hospitality will once again descend on Aspen for three days of sublime experiences featuring cooking demonstrations and wine and spirit seminars. A veritable constellation of culinary luminaries and experts will weave an exquisite tapestry of flavors and expertise.
At the heart of the festivities is the Grand Tasting Pavilion that will boast over 150 virtuoso winemakers, distillers, and culinary maestros from every corner of the globe. A true epicurean odyssey awaits as palates are treated to a harmonious symphony of tastes and aromas.
The 2024 FOOD & WINE Classic in Aspen proudly unveils a veritable pantheon of gastronomic greatness, including the likes of Tyler Florence, Kristen Kish, Maneet Chauhan, David Chang, Tiffany Derry, Danny Meyer, Gregory Gourdet, Stephanie Izard, Claudette Zepeda, Andrew Zimmern, Shota Nakajima, and Nancy Silverton. Additionally, the distinguished class of the 2023 FOOD & WINE Best New Chefs will showcase their culinary prowess through cooking demonstrations and panel discussions.

"If the past four decades in Aspen have imparted any wisdom, it's that alchemy transpires when world-class talent and programming converge in such an ethereal setting. This event, a veritable pilgrimage for gastronomes worldwide, serves as a convocation for the crème de la crème of chefs, libation maestros, and business luminaries to weave connections, unwind, and return home adorned with a treasury of innovative ideas," said Hunter Lewis, the Editor in Chief of FOOD & WINE.
As with previous years, this year will once again showcase the philanthropic arm of the event with FOOD & WINE Gives, an initiative supporting charitable partners in both the community and culinary realm. Beneficiaries this year include the Southern Smoke Foundation—a national emergency relief fund aiding crisis-stricken workers in the food and beverage industry—and No Kid Hungry—an unwavering campaign dedicated to eradicating childhood hunger in the United States.
Adding an exhilarating crescendo to the festivities, the 2024 edition marks the historic expansion of the FOOD & WINE Classic in Aspen with the inaugural FOOD & WINE Classic in Charleston set for September 27 to 29, 2024. For more details visit foodandwineclassicincharleston.com.
