Mark your calendars—on Saturday, September 20, the Southwest Fresh Fest returns to Billy Goat Hop Farm in Montrose for its fourth annual celebration of fresh hop beers and harvest season fun.

This one-of-a-kind festival brings together some of Colorado’s best breweries, serving beers brewed with hops harvested just steps away—picked and brewed within 24 hours! Pair that with live music, local food, yard games, and farm tours, and you’ve got one of Montrose’s most anticipated fall traditions.

Get ready to dance! This year’s Southwest Fresh Fest features two crowd favorites: Hypothetical Bluegrass and Cryin' Shame. Their high-energy sets will bring the perfect soundtrack to a day of craft beer, fresh air, and mountain views. Bring your dancing shoes—there’s no better way to celebrate harvest than with live local music on the farm.

Good brews deserve great bites! Enjoy flavors from Uncompahgre Farms, Qué Chimba Colombian Food, and Marchio’s Grill, serving up everything from farm-fresh eats to bold international dishes.

Each brewery brings its own unique spin, but all feature hops grown right at Billy Goat Hop Farm.
